Ich leite Transformations- und Leadership-Programme, entwerfe massgeschneiderte Trainings für Unternehmen und lehre an Hochschulen. Projekte führe ich weiterhin selbst – zuvor unter anderem bei Bosch und in der Automobilindustrie. In meiner Dissertation an der WU Wien habe ich untersucht, warum manche Projektteams tragen und andere auseinanderfallen.I lead transformation and leadership programmes, design tailor-made training for companies and teach at universities. I also still run projects myself, having previously done so at Bosch and in the automotive industry. My doctoral research at WU Vienna asked why some project teams hold together while others fall apart.
