Einzelbegleitung für Projektleitende an konkreten Projektsituationen: Vorbereitung auf IPMA oder PMI, Einstieg in eine neue Rolle, festgefahrenes Projekt. Gearbeitet wird mit dem Motivationsmodell und einer Design-Thinking-Haltung, meist über mehrere Sitzungen.Zertifizierungen:
  • PMI CAPM und PMP
  • IPMA Level D und C
  • Standortbestimmung mit dem Motivationsmodell, wenn unklar ist, warum ein Team nicht in Gang kommt
One-on-one support for project leads, working on real situations: preparing for IPMA or PMI, stepping into a new role, or getting a stalled project moving. We use the motivation model and a design thinking approach, usually over several sessions.Certifications:
